Juicy pork chops marinated with fragrant lemongrass.


Ingredients: Pork, onions, lemongrass, potato starch, fish sauce, vegetable oil, water, garlic, sugar, salt, dried ginger powder, bicarb soda.

A single pack contains 2 pork chops and will feed an adult with sides. A double pack will feed 2 adults with sides and a triple pack will feed a family of 4 (2 kids).

Cooking Instructions: Defrost pork chops in fridge overnight.

Heat 10ml of vegetable oil in a fry pan on medium to low heat. Lightly coat the pork chops with potato starch (flour or corn starch will work if you don't have potato starch) and give it a slight shake to get rid of excess flour.

Place pork chop on fry pan as the oil starts to sizzle. fry for 1-2 minute and turn over. Fry for another 2 minutes on low heat or until golden brown on both sides.

Best served with steamed Jasmine rice, sliced cucumber and nuoc cham (vietnamese dipping sauce), or alternatively you chop into small pieces and enjoy by itself and a nice cold refreshing beer!
