Simple side of mixed flash frozen vegetables. Healthy and nutritious.

Ingredients: Green Peas, Diced Carrot, Corn Kernels.

Feeds 1-2 adults as a side.

Nutrition: *does not include sauces

Energy: 620kj, Protein 5.8g, Fat 0g, Carbohydrate 27g Sugars 11.2g, Sodium 0mg.

Cooking Instructions:

Remove lid (not microwavable), cover the frozen vegetables with a paper towel and microwave for 3 1/2 mins. give the vegetables a stir and continue heating for another 30 seconds if needed.

Add salt or sauces and stir well.

May contain traces of dairy, gluten, eggs, soy, seafood, seeds and nuts.

Ingredients:  Water, Sugar, Oyster Extract (11%) (Oysters, Water, Salt), Salt, Modified Corn Starch (1442), Flavour Enhancer (621), Wheat Flour. Colour (150a).

Nutritional: (per 20g) Energy 100kj, Protein (less than 1g), Fat (less than 1g) Saturated (less than 1g), Carbohydrate 5.3g Sugars 4.3g, Sodium 920mg.

Contains: Oyster, Wheat.

Keep refrigerated.

Soy Sauce

Ingredients: Water, Salt, Soybeans (10%), Wheat Flour, Liquorice Extract (Water, Salt, Liqourice), Colour (150a), Flavour Enhancers (621, 631, 627), Preservative (202).

Nutritional: (per 15ml) Energy 36kj, Protein (less than 1g), Fat (less than 1g) Saturated (less than 1g), Carbohydrate 1.3g Sugar 1g, Sodium 1100mg
