Oven roasted seasonal vegetables slow cooked with black turtle beans and simmered in Pete's vegan stock. This chunky stew will go great for those wanting a lighter touch. Perfect for a starter relaxing in the backyard during spring and summer.
Ingredients: Vegetable stock, black turtle beans, mutti tomatoes, carrots, eggplant, button mushroom, brown onion, zucchini, cabbage, white wine, red capsicum, leek, dried shiitake mushrooms, french shallot, olive oil, garlic, salt, pimenton, dried thyme, dried oregano, dried tarragon.

The stew will come with a casa dinner roll and feed a single hungry adult!

Small: Remove lid (not microwavable) and cover with a paper towel. If frozen, defrost in microwave for 15 minutes. Once defrosted microwave for 3 minutes, stir and return to microwave for a further 2 minutes or until piping hot.
Note: Once defrosted, consume with 48 hours.
