Over the years of entertaining friends and family with my food, recipes I have made, collected and Chinese specials from my Dad, uncle Bill who was an executive chef specialising in Cantonese and Sichuan cuisines.
Everything from a simple mash potato to a hearty Osso buco is made with passion and commitment to great food for you and your family to enjoy.
Our Fruit and vegetables sourced from Flemington markets (Murphy’s Produce, Yep lum and co), our meats are sourced from local suppliers YCC poultry and Meat station.
All seafood but the green lipped mussels will Australian with the rest from our Kiwi neighbours
Our Barramundi supplied from Infinity Blue, straight from the pristine waters of Innisfail, near the Great Barrier Reef in Queensland.
Gourmet meals flash frozen after cooking in blast freezers to lock in freshness and flavour. All you have to do is reheat and eat!
