As we are currently a very small team. We can only deliver on Tuesday and Wednesday. Pickups are available currently 10am-6pm Monday, Thursday and 10-7pm Friday. Hopefully will be able to expand delivery times in the future.

Minimum orders of $55, under $120 there will be a $6 surcharge and free deliver for orders over $120. Orders over $250 and a free small soup or pasta of your choice.

We currently are unable to cater for specific diets but keep an eye out on the specials in the future!

 

No accounts needed as you can check out as a guest on shopify.

 

Deliveries

It doesn’t matter if you’re not home when we deliver as the boxes are insulated with ice packs and can keep your food frozen for extended periods of time. Please leave detailed instructions if we cannot leave your produce in a safe place.

Please check orders in the confirmation email and make sure the details are correct. If you have not received an email please contact Pete at petescookingau@gmail.com.

If you do not leave detailed instructions and/or there is no one responding at designated place for the delivery and we cannot safely leave the product, we can reserve the right to charge for the failed delivery to the cost of $6 and arrange for delivery on an alternate date.

Please note that once delivered as per instructions, you will be responsible for the products whether it is theft or spoilage. Please promptly freezing/refrigerate items once delivered

If there are items missing or problems with the items delivered, please contact Pete's within 48 hours of delivery.

When are last orders for delivery?

Monday 10pm for Tuesday delivery routes and Tuesday 10pm for Wednesday delivery routes

 

Cancellations and modifications to order.

Yes, email petescookingau@gmail.com before 6am on Tuesday and Wednesday for modifications or cancellation.

 

Is there commitment or contract to buy weekly?

No, but we’d love for you to enjoy our food weekly though!

 

Can I return a delivery?

No, unfortunately due to health regulations once we have delivered, we cannot accept returns.

 

Does Pete’s deliver to your area and when?

Our delivery days are Tuesday and Wednesday.

Check on the map to see the suburbs Pete’s are currently delivering to.

We will be delivering to north of Parramatta river and Western Sydney on Tuesday and South of the Parramatta river on Wednesday.

Call Pete on 0493125739 for alternate days or if you’re just shy of the borders!

 

Can we pick up?

Yes you can, Pete will be in the kitchen on Monday, Thursday and Friday. Pickups are available at 5/87-89 Whiting St, Artarmon on Monday from 10-6pm and Thursday and Friday 10-7pm. Tuesday and Wednesday can be arranged with sufficient prior arrangement.

 

Is Pete’s meats Halal?

Yes, Our current suppliers of beef is The Meat’s Station and Poultry from YCC are Halal. Be aware though many of Pete’s dishes do contain speck and pancetta. Please read the ingredient list for each product and they will have notifications on the labels.

 

Reheating instructions

Do not heat with the plastic lid covering the product, please remove lid and place a paper towel and cover when reheating with a microwave.

All meals will come with reheating/cooking instructions.

Majority of meals are precooked and can be reheated/cooked straight from the freezer, but most will be better defrosted. There will be instructions on the meals if you are reheating or cooking straight from the freezer.

Always make sure you the food is heated 70C or above to make it nice and hot.

Meals can generally be stored in the freezer for at least 4-5 months, check the best before date on the label of the product.

Allergens:

We have allergen labeling and warnings on all our products, please carefully read the ingredient and allergen on the labels of our product as well as the detailed product description on our website. We make all efforts to be free of cross contamination, but our kitchen does handle dairy, soy, gluten, seeds, nuts, seafood and eggs.
