Seared cubes of beef slow cooked in red wine with speck, button mushrooms and thyme. The perfect beef winter dish. Pair it with a nice sourdough and a hearty red wine.
Ingredients: Beef, carrots, button mushrooms, onion, red wine, celery, leek, speck, french shallot, thyme, bay leaves, parsley, salt, black pepper.
A small serving will feed 1 adult and come with a small mash

Remove lid (not microwavable) and cover with a paper towel. If frozen, defrost in microwave for 15 minutes. Once defrosted microwave for 3 minutes, stir and return to microwave for 2 minutes or until piping hot.
Note: Once defrosted consume within 48 hours.
