Italian sausage mince, tossed in with caramelised onion, celery and deglazed with white wine, homemade chicken stock and rich cream to create a little piece of Bologna. Enjoy with a crisp Chardonnay or a light red.

Ingredients: Pork Sausage Mince, Chicken Stock, Celery, Brown Onion, Pinot Grigio, Thickened Cream, Grated Parmesan, Garlic, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fennel Seeds, Salt, Rosemary, Black Pepper, Smoky Paprika, Ground Coriander, Dried Oregano, Nutmeg, Cayenne Pepper.

Heating Instructions:

Once defrosted pour in to a pan and heat on a low-medium heat, add a splash of pasta water if the sauce is too thick. Once the sauce is piping hot, toss in a tagliatelle or fettuccine and garnish with extra grated parmesan and parsley.

Alternatively, unlock the lid and cover, if frozen defrost in microwave for 15 minutes. Once defrosted, microwave for 3 minutes. Stir well and return to microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot.
