Seared pieces of chuck beef, slow cooked with Ancho Chillies and finished off with Cacao and maize flour to make a rich, luscious Tex Mex dish you just can't resist.
Ingredients: Beef, chicken stock, red kidney beans, onion, beef stock, ancho chilli, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, garlic, vegetable oil, cacao powder, black peppercorn, cumin, salt, coffee, maize flour, peanut butter, smokey paprika, coriander seed, cinnamon, oregano.
A small serving will feed 2 adults with sides.

Small: Remove lid (not microwavable) and cover with a paper towel. If frozen, defrost in microwave for 15 minutes. Once defrosted microwave for 3 minutes, stir and return to microwave for 2 minutes or until piping hot.
Make a simple guacamole with avocado, lime juice, spring onions, jalapeño, spanish onion and coriander.
Share and serve with sour cream, tortillas, guacamole** or some rice.
