Chicken Maryland marinated for 24 hours in mixture of red wine and bouquet garni. Stewed with caramelised mirepoix, speck, pickle onions and generous splash of brandy, Finished with beurre manie and partnered with Pete's gorgeous Paris mash, this is French perfection. Grab a bottle of Bordeaux and enjoy your night! 

Ingredients: Chicken Thigh, Chicken Drumstick, Cabernet Merlot, Button Mushroom, Brown Onion, Speck, Celery, Carrot, Pickle Onions, Tomato Paste, Salt,  Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Unsalted Butter, GF Flour, Brandy, Parsley, Thyme, Bay Leaves, Black Pepper.

One serving will feed 1-2 adults with sides.  (min 650g + 350g Paris Mash)

Heating Instructions: Defrost overnight or place in lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes for a quick defrosting. Once defrosted, cut a hole in the packet and place bag on a plate and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Turn the packet and microwave for another 1-2 minutes or until pipping hot.

Alternatively once defrosted remove label and carefully place sealed bag in a pot of simmering water for 7-8 minutes or until pipping hot.

Note: Once defrosted consume within 48 hours.
