Cream of chicken and corn soup
Chicken broth partnering with sweet corn and an egg drop. Can't go much simpler than that for a quick and easy entree....or that big bowl of soup to hug in front of the big screen. Toast a nice thick slice of sourdough to dip into the soup for added comfort food.
Ingredients: Chicken stock, corn kernels, minced chicken, creamed corn, milk, egg, potato starch, salt, parsley, pepper.
A small serving will feed a single adult, while a large serving will feed 2-3 adults.

Heating instructions:
Small: Remove lid (not microwavable) and cover with a paper towel. If frozen, defrost in microwave for 15 minutes. Once defrosted microwave for 3 minutes, stir and return to microwave for 2 minutes or until piping hot.
Large: Remove lid (not microwavable) and cover with a paper towel. If frozen, defrost in microwave for 25 minutes. Once defrosted microwave for 4 minutes. Stir, return and heat for 3 minutes or until piping hot.
Note: Once defrosted, consume with 48 hours.
