Mushrooms sauteed in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic, deglazed with white wine and simmered in cream, Pete's Homemade vegetable stock and finished with parmesan cheese, a dollop of butter, wild oregano and freshly chopped parsley. Great way to start the night with a sourdough or toss with pasta! Pair with a lovely chardonnay or a crisp white wine.

Ingredients: Button Mushrooms, Vegetable Stock, Parmesan Cheese, Semillion Sauvignon Blanc, Thickened Cream, Garlic, Unsalted Butter, Salt, Parsley, Wild Oregano, Black Pepper.

Each portion will feed 2 adults with sides.

Heating instructions:

Unlock the lid and cover, if frozen defrost in microwave for 15 minutes. Once defrosted, microwave for 3 minutes. Stir well and return to microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot.

If serving with Pasta, add a good splash of the pasta water if the sauce is a little too thick when tossing.

Note: Once defrosted consume within 48 hours.
