Ingredients: Chicken Stock, Minced Rotisserie Chicken, Andouille Sausage, Prawn Stock, Brown Onion, Celery, Green Capsicum, Pomodoro Tomato, Prawns, Gluten Free Plain Flour, Vegetable Oil, Duck Fat, Potato Starch, Garlic, Butter, Salt, Parsley, Smoky Paprika, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, White Pepper, Bay Leaves, Onion Powder, Dried Thyme, Dried Oregano, Cayenne Pepper.

Heating Instructions: Defrost overnight or place in lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes for a quick defrosting. Once defrosted, cut a hole in the packet and place bag on a plate and microwave for 4-5 minutes. Turn the packet and microwave for another 1-2 minutes or until pipping hot.
Alternatively once defrosted remove label and carefully place sealed bag in a pot of simmering water for 7-8 minutes or until pipping hot.
