A popular HK street snack. Have it by itself with a beer or steam up from rice and mix it with the wonderful curry!

Ingredients: Hakka Fishball, Chicken Stock, Brown Onion, Garlic, ShaoXing Cooking Wine, Vegetable Oil, Chu Hou Sauce, Sacha Sauce, Curry Powder, Raw Sugar, Oyster Sauce, Turmeric, Chilli Bean Paste, Light Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, White Pepper.

Each Packet will contain 15 fishballs with sauce.

Nutritional: Energy 2720kj, Protein 47g, Fat 44g Saturated 35.9g, Carbohydrate 67.8g Sugars 23.8g, Sodium 3150mg.

Heating Instructions: Defrost overnight or place in lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes for a quick defrosting. Once defrosted, cut a hole in the packet and place bag on a plate and microwave for 2-3 minutes. Turn the packet and microwave for another 1-2 minutes or until pipping hot.

Note: Once defrosted consume within 48 hours.
