Lamb Shanks slow simmered in red wine and service with gorgeous Paris Mash, mop up and remain sauce with some casa dinner rolls!

Ingredients: Lamb Shank, Diced Tomatoes, Red Wine, Carrot, Brown Onion, Celery, Chicken Stock, Tomato Paste, Garlic, Salt, Dried Thyme, Dried Rosemary, Black Pepper.

A pack with mash with serve 3-4 adults with sides.

Heating Instructions:

Defrost overnight in fridge. Cut a hole in the bag and place on a plate. Microwave for 4-5 minute or piping hot.

Alternatively place in a pot of boiling water for 7-8 minute or until piping hot.

Note: Once defrosted consume within 48 hours.
