Ingredients: Chicken Stock, Koshihikari Rice, Button Mushrooms, Diced Chicken, Brown Onion, Grated Parmesan, Coriander, Butter, Garlic, Olive Oil, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Porcini Mushroom, Black Pepper, Massel Chicken Stock, White Pepper, White Sugar, Potato Starch, Bi Carb Soda.

Poaching: Heat a pot of water, enough to cover the packet. Once the water had boiled carefully place packet into the pot, when the water is boiling again place lid on the pot and turn off heat. Poach for 6-7 mins
Microwave: Cut a hole in the packet, place the risotto on a plate and microwave for 3-4 mins or until piping hot.
Serves one adult as a main or 2 adults as a entree. (450g)
