Gorgeous sauteed Swiss Brown Mushroom combined with Parmesan and Koshihikari Rice to create this unami packed risotto. Guaranteed to be a winner at dinner time!
Ingredients: Vegetable Stock, Koshihikari Rice, Swiss Brown Mushroom, Brown Onion, Grated Parmesan, Coriander, Butter, Garlic, Veg Oil, Salt, Porcini Mushroom, Black Pepper.

Poaching: Heat a pot of water, enough to cover the packet. Once the water had boiled carefully place packet into the pot, when the water is boiling again place lid on the pot and turn off heat. Poach for 4-5 mins
Microwave: Cut a hole in the packet, place the risotto on a plate and microwave for 3-4 mins or until piping hot.
Serves one adult as a main or 2 adults as a entree.
