A wonderful dish for a long relaxing summer lunch, perfectly seasoned ocean trout with a hint of cumin and thyme. Pair it with a light salad and a crisp glass of white wine.

Ingredients: Ocean trout, tomato, vinegared capers, white wine, olive oil, lemon, cumin, thyme, salt, black pepper.

Serves a single adult with a side.

Cooking Instructions:

Defrost the ocean trout. Once defrosted carefully place sealed bag in a pot of simmering water for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through.

Note: Once defrosted consume within 48 hours.
