Thick pieces of Osso buco slow cooked for 3 hours with a rich chicken stock. Great with mashed potatoes and bread to soak up the sauce. Delighful with an Italian Chianti or a full bodied Barossa red.

Ingredients: Osso Buco, Mutti Tomatoes, Chicken Stock, White Wine, Brown Onion, Red Island Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Anchovies, Salt, Parsley, Bay Leaf, Black Pepper, Dried Thyme, Dried Rosemary, Dried Sage, Lemon Zest.

Heating Instructions:

Defrost overnight in fridge. Cut a hole in the bag and place on a plate. Microwave for 4-5 minute or piping hot and remember to cut the cooking twine.

Alternatively place in a pot of boiling water for 7-8 minute or until piping hot.

Note: Once defrosted consume within 48 hours.
