Poached Bass Groper cooked in a luscious creamy lemon sauce, paired with herb roasted potatoes, definitely grab that glass of white and mope up the leftover sauce with some bread!
Ingredients: Bass Groper, Thickened Cream, Butter, Lemon, Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice, Spanish Onion, French Shallot, Garlic, Spring Onion, Salt, Pepper, Allspice.
One serve will feed an adult with sides.

Heating Instructions:
Defrost the Bass Groper overnight in the Fridge. Once defrosted remove label and carefully place sealed bag in a pot of simmering water for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
Defrost the potatoes overnight in fridge. Cut a small hole in the packet and microwave for 3-4 minutes or until pipping hot.
Note: Once defrosted, consume within 48 hours.
