Choice of Mahi or Ling marinated in turmeric and poached with rich coconut cream and aromatic Thai basil. Pair with some steamed jasmine rice, a crispy glass of white to start your night!

Ingredients: Fish (Ling/Mahi Mahi), Coconut Cream, Brown Onion, Cherry Tomato, Baby Spinach, Fish Sauce {Anchovies, Brine, Sugar}, Lemon Juice, Brown Sugar, Thai Basil, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric, Salt, Pepper.

One serving will feed one adult with sides.

Heating Instructions:

Defrost the swordfish. Once defrosted remove label and carefully place sealed bag in a pot of simmering water for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.

Note: Once defrosted consume within 24 hours.
