Seasonal pumpkin roasted, toasted diced and blended to make a smooth creamy soup just right starter for the evening. Add some double cream for a richer soup and toast some bread with gruyere cheese on top for the complete indulgence.
Ingredients: Pumpkin, vegetable stock, potatoes, onion, butter, garlic, salt, black pepper.
A small serving will feed a single adult with toasted bread.

Small: Remove lid (not microwavable) and cover with a paper towel. If frozen, defrost in microwave for 15 minutes. Once defrosted microwave for 3 minutes, stir and return to microwave for a further 2 minutes or until piping hot.
Large: Remove lid (not microwavable) and cover with a paper towel. If frozen, defrost in microwave for 25 minutes. Once defrosted microwave for 4 minutes. Stir, return and heat for a further 3 minutes or until piping hot.
Note: Once defrosted, consume with 48 hours
