Juicy Lamb Rump slow cooked until tender, Red Wine Jus, mixed vegetables and potatoes or pumpkin

Ingredients: Lamb Leg, French Shallot, Salt, Anchovies,  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Dried Rosemary, Lemon Zest, Black Pepper.

Red Wine Jus: Chicken Stock, Lamb Drippings, Potato Starch, Port, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.

Nutritional: TBA

Will serve one adult with sides.

Heating Instructions: 

Defrost in fridge. Once defrosted, poach bag in simmering pot of water for 3-4 minutes or alternatively cut a small hole in the bag and microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot.

Microwave vegetables from frozen for 3-4 minutes in microwave or until piping hot.

Note: Once defrosted, consume with 48 hours
