Caramelised roasted butternut pumpkin, simmered with red lentils, garam masala and warming spices, finished off with rich coconut milk, cream and baby spinach to create a healthy and nutritious meal. Serve with rice and flatbreads.

Ingredients: Butternut Pumpkin, Pomodoro Tomato, Vegetable Stock, Red Lentils, Coconut Milk, Coconut Cream, Baby Spinach, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Coconut Oil, Coriander, Turmeric, Curry Powder, Cumin, Garam Masala, Ground Coriander, Lime Juice, Cashew, Black Pepper.

One serving will feed 3-4 adults with sides as a main. (900g)

Nutritional: Energy 3410kj, Protein 44.2g, Fat 23.3g Saturated 15.6g, Carbohydrate 89.8g Sugars 33.3g, Sodium 2670mg.

Heating Instructions: Defrost overnight or place in lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes for a quick defrosting. Once defrosted, cut a hole in the packet and place bag on a plate and microwave for 4-5 minutes. Turn the packet and microwave for another 1-2 minutes or until pipping hot.

Alternatively once defrosted remove label and carefully place sealed bag in a pot of simmering water for 7-8 minutes or until pipping hot.

Note; Once defrosted, consume with 48 hours.
