A refreshing and tangy middle eastern dish which can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Add an egg or 2 for finishing touches and get your bread ready whether it's a pita or sourdough to dip in!
Ingredients: Mutti tomatoes, Red Capsicum, Onion, Olive oil, Ground Cumin, Smoky Paprika, Garlic, Parsley, Salt, Sugar, Black pepper, Cayenne Pepper
A small serving will feed 1-2 adults with bread.

Cooking Instructions:
Remove lid (not microwavable), if frozen, defrost in the microwave for 13 minutes. Once defrosted, cover and heat in the microwave for 3-4 minutes, stir and heat again for a further 2 minutes until piping hot. Add one or 2 raw eggs depending on taste and microwave again for 1 minute for a runny egg or 2 minutes more a much firmer egg. Stir and mix well and add some cracked pepper and finely chopped parsley to finish.
Note: Once defrosted, consume within 48 hours.
