Smoked ham hock cooked with green dried peas, thyme and onions. Another winter warmer, serving with a nice thick toasted sourdough.

Ingredients:  Ham hock, green split peas, carrot, onion, potato starch, garlic, bay leaves, thyme, salt, black pepper.

A small serving will feed a single adult, while a large serving will feed 2-3 adults. The small serve will come with a single Casa dinner roll while the large serve will come with a Campana half baguette.

Heating/cooking instructions:

Small: Remove lid (not microwavable) and cover with a paper towel. If frozen, defrost in microwave for 15 minutes. Once defrosted microwave for 3 minutes heat, stir and return to microwave for a further 2 minutes or until piping hot.

Large: Remove lid (not microwavable) and cover with a paper towel. If frozen, defrost in microwave for 25 minutes. Once defrosted microwave for 4 minutes. Stir and return to the microwave for a further 3 minutes or until piping hot.

Contains: Pork.

Note: Once defrosted, consume with 48 hours.
