
A well-rounded chicken vegetable stew light on its feet with a touch of spring (or autumn) in its step. It is a dish you definitely will not regret ordering. A heavier white like a chardonnay will do wonders.
Ingredients: Chicken, chicken stock, carrot, tomato, onion, white wine, capsicum, pancetta, , celery, potato starch, butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, thyme, marjoram, parsley, black pepper.
A small serving will feed a single adult, while a large serving will feed 2-3 adults.

Heating instructions:
Small: Remove lid (not microwavable) and cover with a paper towel. If frozen, defrost in microwave for 15 minutes. Once defrosted heat in microwave for 3 minutes, stir and return to microwave for a further 2 minutes or until piping hot.
Large: Remove lid (not microwavable) and cover with a paper towel. If frozen, defrost in microwave for 25 minutes. Once defrosted microwave for 4 minutes, stir and return to the microwave for a further 3 minutes or until piping hot.
