Slow cooked creamy chana dal with perfect mix of Indian herbs and spices, Add some roughly chopped coriander for finishing touches. Perfect with a roti.
Ingredients: Water, chana dal, tomato, onion, vegetable oil, cumin, garlic, ginger, salt, turmeric, garam masala, ground coriander, chilli, coriander, pepper.
A small serving will feed 1-2 adults with roti/flatbreads.

Heating instructions:
Remove lid (not microwavable) and cover with a paper towel. If frozen, defrost in microwave for 13 minutes. Once defrosted microwave for 3-4 minutes, stir and heat again for 2 minutes or until piping hot. Add some more chilli or cayenne pepper for more heat if desired.
