My father's traditional recipe. Loaded with mushrooms, bamboo shoots and tofu, this hot and pungent soup is a Chinese classic.
Ingredients: Chicken stock, minced chicken, white vinegar, tomato sauce, bamboo shoot, chinkiang vinegar, chilli bean sauce, shiitake mushroom, black fungus (black wood ear), tofu, egg, white sugar, potato starch, knorr chicken powder, white pepper, salt, Worcester sauce, spring onion, chilli.
A small serving will feed a single adult, while a large serving will feed 2-3 adults.

Heating instructions:
Remove lid (not microwavable) and cover with a paper towel. If frozen, defrost in microwave for 15 minutes. Once defrosted microwave for 3 minutes, stir and return to the microwave for a further 2 minutes or until piping hot.
Note: Once defrosted, consume with 48 hours
