Slow simmer seasonal vegetables to create a delightful vegan pasta sauce for all to enjoy! Serve with nicely toasted slice of sourdough or toss in with your favourite pasta.
Ingredients: Mutti Tomato, Passata, Carrot, Pumpkin, Red Capsicum, Celery, Leek, Onion, French Shallot, Red Island Olive Oil, Garlic, Basil, Salt, Black Pepper, Sherry Vinegar.
Serves 2 adults with sides or 3 adults as an entree.

Heating Instructions;
Unlock the lid and cover, if frozen defrost in microwave for 15 minutes. Once defrosted, microwave for 3 minutes. Stir well and return to microwave for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot.
Alternatively heat in a pan low-medium heat, add a splash of water of pasta water if it's too thick and toss in with your favourite pasta.
Note: Once defrosted, consume with 48 hours
